What is Care Connect Washington?
Care Connect is a service that was established in 2020 to assist individuals that were isolated with COVID-19. During the initial launch of Care Connect, the program was able to help with food delivery, medication, delivery, financial assistance and more.Fast forward to 2023, the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted individuals and families beyond a temporary isolation period. Some people experience long-term side effects from COVID-19. Other people may have been sick and lost their job and need help getting back on their feet. Care Connect Washington can help.Your Care Connect coordinator will identify resources that can help support current needs. Resources include subsidized housing or childcare, unemployment benefits, food assistance and more.
How do you Qualify?
To find out if you qualify, call 1-800-525-0127, then press #. Language assistance is available. The hotline hours are:
- 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday
- 6 a.m. to 6 pm., Tuesday through Sunday and observed state holidays
You’re eligible for services if you’ve been affected by COVID-19. That includes people who are currently sick with COVID-19 or had COVID-19 in the past.
If you qualify, Care Connect Washington services are available at no cost to you.
