About The Portal:
Search: You can search the portal by entering the parcel number or browsing all available records. If you cannot find the record you are searching for, submit a Public Records Request.
Tip: Be specific with your search terms to help narrow down results!
What to Expect: Records will open in a new window and may appear in a variety of ways. This includes:
- File Jacket: Scan of paper files.
- As-Built: Record drawing of the onsite septic system as it was installed.
- OSS Applications
- OSS Design Pages: Septic design submitted to GCHD for permitting.
- Existing System Evaluations: Scanned records on green paper. Often for new buildings or change in property ownership.
- Water Availability Applications: Scanned records on blue paper. This is a review of potable water in conjunction with a building application.
- Notes Pages: Internal notes about progress, concerns, and other information about a parcel or application.
- Communication: Letters, emails, or other written documents sent to applicants, property owners, OSS designers, OSS installers, and others.
- Copies of building applications or land use documents.
