Clinic Information

The Grant County Health District travels to various locations in the county for immunization and TB clinics. The location and hours are as follows:

Ephrata
Grant County Health District
35 C St. NW, Ephrata

TB CLINIC, ADULT AND CHILDREN'S IMMUNIZATIONS
Mondays 1:00 - 4:00 pm

Effective June 1, 2009, Clinic hours will change to the first Monday of the month only from 1:00 - 4:00 pm


 

Moses Lake
Grant County Health District
1038 W. Ivy, Moses Lake

TB CLINIC ONLY
Tuesdays 9:00 - 11:00 am and 1:00 - 4:00 pm

ADULT IMMUNIZATIONS ONLY
Tuesdays 9:00 - 11:00 am

H1N1 immunizations all day Tuesday by appointment only


 

Quincy
Quincy Community Health Center
1450 First Ave, Quincy

TB CLINIC ONLY
3rd Wednesday of each month 2:30 - 4:30 pm


 

Mattawa
Behind the Mattawa Medical Clinic
215 First Ave, Mattawa

TB CLINIC ONLY
1st. Wednesday of each month 2:30 - 4:30 pm
